Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as tracking information becomes available.

No modifications are possible during processing. Please email us at service@pharmgreens.com for any questions you may have.

Orders received after 1pm PST will be processed the next business day.

At this time Shipping is available only in Canada. 

Please also note shipping is separate from order processing times and both happen during regular business hours from Monday to Friday.

 

How do I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders that have been processed. Once the order is processed our shipping team works quick to get the items to you so you can enjoy it.

 

Shipping to all countries:

At this moment we will be only shipping in Canada only. 

 

Are the custom fees included in the shipping price?

Depending on location customs fees may apply. Please note that these fees are not included in the shipping cost during order processing and the customer is responsible for fee related to customs or orders being held up due to import restrictions. Abandoned items will not be issued a refund.

Good news is that shipping in Canada there are no custom fees at this point. 

 

Processing Time:

It may take up to 1-3 business days for us to process and package your order. Once we ship out the order you will be given a tracking number so you will know when it arrives.

Cost of Shipping & Delivery Time:

Currently we have a flat rate shipping in Canada only for $12.00. Our Delivery Time will be between 4-12 business days.
